Wonderful pair of brass pendants made by the mid Mid Century Danish lighting designer, Svend Aage Holm Sørensen.
Denmark, c. 1960s
These are torch cut by hand so each design is unique although clearly these are the same dimensions.
The brass has aged beautifully and has acquired a great patina.
These would look wonderful suspended over bedside tables, or a kitchen island or dining room table.
Rewired and PAT tested for the UK. Each takes 1 E27 bayonet bulb.
These have been rewired using gold antique twisted braid. The length of this is 86 cms (not including the pendant).
Please note these are not supplied with a ceiling cup so you can decide yourself what suits your room.
Your electrical installer would be able to easily source whatever you need. Alternatively, you choose what cup you require and my lighting restorer would be able to source one for you at cost price.

20th Century Filth is run by Sandra Carter who left a career in advertising and life in London for the seafront in St Leonards on Sea; an area already known for it’s antiques and vintage shops.

Having renovated a few properties which fuelled her interest (read: obsession) with all forms of mid-century design, she’s gone from being tasked with hunting down specific items for family, friends and Clients to focusing full time on sourcing beautiful pieces from France, Italy, Germany and the UK.

She offers a variety of antiques and design from late 18th century to the 1980s, but with a specialist interest in mid century lighting.
