Item Description
A pair of stunning solid brass chiavari chairs.
They have been refurbished and reupholstered in House of Hackney Midnight Blue Palmeral Velvet.
Chiavari chairs are named after the Italian city where they originated. They started producing these chairs at the beginning of the 19th century when they were made in cherrywood. By the 1950s, they started making them in solid brass, and they became the classic Italian wedding chair.
They are now collector's items.
