This French Waterfall Chandelier dates back to the early 1900s. The brass frame has been sympathetically restored retaining the original antiqued brass patina. Around it’s brass frame are decorative brass details which are mounted onto the frame and features a single glass piece over the stem with delicate etched design. The chandelier is dressed with glass buttons and moulded glass icicles which cascade down to with a waterfall effect. This waterfall chandelier has six B15 lamps that face outwards into the waterfall. The chandelier is supplied with antiqued brass chain, ceiling rose and braided flex.

This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this chandelier is installed by an electrician into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the brass components regularly with a soft cloth. The glass drops can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.

Agapanthus Interiors is a Stockport based interior design and antique restoration shop. We specialise in antique chandeliers, furniture and home-wares and carefully source decorative items from around the UK and Europe. Our philosophy is to look for unique, eclectic, lovely old pieces and sell them just as they are, or renovate with some creative reinventing.

Our shop sits in the heritage conservation area of old Stockport near to The Market and St Mary’s Church. The building itself is a four storey, late Victorian gem with some lovely features and has been our biggest restoration project so far.

We are stockists of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™ which we use in all our painting projects and we also run Annie Sloan painting workshops where you can learn and try out different painting techniques to achieve an authentic vintage look. If painting is not your thing we will gladly restore your furniture for you to your desired finish.

In addition we also clean, restore and rewire antique lights to British safety standards. We can also supply spares and parts such as braided wire, crystal drops and glass shades and offer lighting restoration service.
