This is a length of unused vintage French linen damask napkin fabric, ready to be cut to make three napkins and a fourth piece that has been completed.

The sheen is excellent and the damask has an elegant key pattern design in drawn thread which is always a sign of quality. Linen from between the wars was wonderful stuff.

These are just waiting for you to hem them and then you will be the very first person to put them to use. I recently hemmed a set of napkins for our home and enjoyed quietly stitching the hems in the evenings and imagining the women who did the same so many decades ago. Please add £5 for UK postage or contact me for overseas shipping options.

In excellent vintage condition with no wear or damage. Neither piece has been laundered so they'll need a good soak and a couple of washes to reach their potential. Any light marks should be dealt with during this process.
