An Attractive Late Victorian Oak Cupboard Cabinet of Modest Size

Of sensible proportions compared to some, this Late Victorian cabinet is presented in very good, aged order. It’s a weighty piece for its size and is a modest set up of a flight of 3 drawers to the left and a cupboard with an internal shelf to the right with a country feel. The top drawer has its working lock and key which is useful. It possesses a pleasing look with the drawers and cupboard panelled and all the original tarnished handles in place, all sitting on stout square legs.

Condition wise its good – the usual days to day marks and bumps which is always good to see. The piece is strong with no wobbles. The darkened tarnishd iron top is a newer addition and fits in well. The drawers are running fine with the inners clean. The piece smells fine and is ready to place.

A well-proportioned and attractive piece of oak furniture C1905 – suitable for home or commercial use.

Dimensions – Overall: Height 91cm x Width 121cm x Depth 51cm
