A rare Bassett Lowke Boat “Beauty of Britain |||”. This model boat is a Bassett Lowke boat made by Stephan Bing, British made, with the makers mark on the top of this lovely model, 'Bassett Lowke' mark demonstrates the original makers of these motors. Bing Boats being headed by Stephan Bing of Gebruder Bing Germany - who emigrated to the UK in about 1930 and set up Bing Boats (BB) with the help of Bassett Lowke.This model has been sympathetically mounted on a wooden stand to showcase this rare piece of toy model history. The condition is good but has been loved and used by its previous owner. The original advertising leaflet listed below. C1932
