Paul Doran I love the way you love me⭐️ ON SALE

Paul Doran was born in Gory Co. Wexford and is recognised as one of Ireland’s finest painters. Working with abstract compositions of thickly layered paint, he creates highly textured works of a compelling nature. Dorans work is unmistakable, he has had solo exhibitions in Ireland, the US and Germany along with many joint exhibitions. His works are found in many private collections Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Bank of Ireland, Intel Computers and The Irish Museum of Modern Art to name a few.

Doran organised the NO WALLS exhibition in the Titanic building Belfast in 2017. The work is signed, dated and named verso. The painting comes in its own heavy duty protective box in which it will be shipped. A rare opportunity to own a very collectible work of art.

Tracy Thomas and her husband Simon share their home in West Sussex in the beautiful Sothdowns National Park, where they have lived for the past thirty two years and from where, since 2007 Tracy has managed her antique and vintage home and garden business, Envy of London.  They have raised two children and are now blessed with two grandchildren.

Tracy has enviable artistic ability and is one of life’s freethinkers. with her attention to detail she has the uncanny ability to fuse older pieces with the more contemporary with exciting results.

Says Tracy, “I love the offbeat pieces that demand your attention, make you smile and encourage you to pick them up or run your hands over them, you can learn so much about and from a piece just by handling it.

If pressed on my preferred style I would have to plumb for industrial. I am fascinated by old industrial trollies, banks of shelves and the like, so much history, the folk that used them and what practical use they were out to is all part of the appeal.

We take the neglected and following some TLC give them a new lease of life in someone’s kitchen or lounge what could be better”.

Simon’s support is essential in the success of Envy Of London, he is tenacious in his efforts to source the the fascinating, the unusual and sometimes bizarre.

Both Tracy and Simon are avid recyclers, they will happily use the remnants of a piece of Victorian furniture and marry it up with a mid century something turning it into furniture of their own design.
