Marked- 'Foreign'
Items marked 'Foreign' were manufactured in places that had been at war with the US in the early 20th century so that they could be imported without issue.
These were mainly either Japan or Germany
Condition: Some wear on the silver
Fine hairline in one cup- image 8. A chip on one cup- image 9

Cup: Height 4.5cm, width including handle 9.5cm, diameter 7.5cm
