Large, stylish pitcher by French potter Jaques Blin c1960. Stylized birds etched into the white clay with green and black overlay, inspired by cave paintings. Blin trained as an aeronautical engineer and established his first pottery workshop in Paris in 1954. The pitcher is in fabulous condition except for a chip just above the handle as shown

Dimensions: Height 27.6cm, diameter of top 9.3cm
