A large late Georgian flame mahogany mirror with original speckly mercury mirror plate (pleasing overall, few small losses). 1830s.
Thick veneers in excellent condition. Edges are solid (0.25"/6mm thick).
Fully framed back. Hang or stand in portrait position.

Edward Haes has been dealing in architectural elements and antiques for the past 20 years, initially sourcing most of his stock from disused public buildings and demolition sites.  Some of his architectural pieces can be found on The Hoarde.

He enjoyed the social history of these places and wishes all his later purchases could have the same perfect provenance.

He continues to buy a diverse range of antiques, with a speciality in lighting, mainly from the UK and sells to dealers, commercial and private clients.
