Antique Cut Glass Water Jug

HAND OF GLORY
An Edwardian cut glass water jug dating from circa 1910, in Georgia style, with scallop cut edge over diamond pattern, cross-hatched and line cut decoration and with a star cut base.

Nice quality, heavy-weight jug in good condition, one small impact marks to one of the diamond cut panels but it's very thickly cut and its on the edge of one of the diamonds. The glass has a slight grey tinge to it.

After returning to the UK in 2012, Hand of Glory was born, offering an eclectic mix of antiques, objects and.... in the words of John Tradescant; 'anything strang (sic)'
 
In addition to running Hand of Glory, Lisa also writes for various magazines.
