An Edwardian occasional chair, with button upholstered square back and downswept arms, sprung seat and raised on tapering channel moulded mahogany supports terminating in brass castors.
In solid condition, the seat is good with no lumps or bumps, the pale green watered silk taffeta fabric is grubby and marked in places but it only needs new top covers. I can arrange re-covering with my upholsterer and supply fabric. Please contact me for further details.
67cm high, the seat 62cm wide at the front edge, 51cm deep and 30cm high.

With a lifelong passion for the subject, Lisa has worked in the word of art and antiques for over 25 years.  Sixteen of these were spent as a Director of an Auctioneers in London before moving to South West France with her husband Marc Allum to restore a rambling 17th Century Chateau, which they used as base to host art and antique holidays.
After returning to the UK in 2012, Hand of Glory was born, offering an eclectic mix of antiques, objects and.... in the words of John Tradescant; 'anything strang (sic)'
In addition to running Hand of Glory, Lisa also writes for various magazines.
