Item Details

This is a later slim cased version of these clocks made in Leipzig, East Germany. Made by RFT (Rundfunk- und Fernmelde-Technik) and dated on the reverse; January 1969.

The steel case is in good order with some wear and some pitting. The off-white colour dial is nice and clean, the logo and markings ale all crisp. The hands show a little wear. The original glass shows negligible wear.

Overall diameter 37cm, depth 4.5cm.

Fitted with a high quality battery quartz mechanism that is fully guaranteed for twelve months. Requires one AA battery which is supplied with the clock.
