Antique Smiths Wall Clock

An original 1930/40s Smiths clock. In original condition the case is brown bakelite and has a glass front. The face retains its original cream paint and black numbers along with the hand written manufacturers logo.

Smiths was the leading British manufacturer of clocks from the 1850s right up to the 1960s. They supplied clocks for nearly every home in the country and wall clocks such as this for businesses and factories.

Origin: UK

Circa: 1930s

Workshop Report: Overall good, some ageing, markings and discolouration to the clock face. The clock has been converted to battery power quartz and is ready to use.
As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
