1930’s Pair Of H269 Reupholstered Armchairs – Jindrich Halabala. Halabala was a Czech industrial designer, writer, and educator. Halabala was a key force in the development of post war industrially produced European furniture. Sourced in the Czech Republic the frame is beech throughout and the extraordinary one piece bentwood beech arms have been cleaned and restored but retain their original patina. The internal beech frame has been carefully restored as required and all the foam and internal upholstery has been replaced and reupholstered using fire resistant foam and UK fabric. We have selected this new 100% cotton velvet by Romo and reupholstered the chairs throughout. Originally manufactured by Up Zavody. Seat Height: 44 cm.

WORKSHOP REPORT
