Original antique oil on canvas painting depicting a male sitter. Depicting a man with mutton chop sideburns and a double chin in well-to-do Victorian dress with a gold watch fob and key on his lap. Expertly painted with fantastic details and a wonderful expression. The painting itself is in very good condition; it has been recently cleaned so feels bright, much as it was when it was originally painted. There is some light craquelure to the surface but only enough to add charm and certainly nothing to worry about. It has also been relined.

Overall measurements: 76cm x 64cm.

Delivery is £30 to Mainland UK. If you live elsewhere please get in touch for an accurate quote.
