Antique original floral watercolour painting in gilt frame. A spray of pale pink roses with buds, foliage and droplets of water on a dark mushroom-coloured background.
Unsigned but very delicately and expertly executed.
I would date this to c. 1850.
In the most wonderfully beautiful French Empire-style gilt frame
It is in good vintage order with some wear consummate with age.
Overall measurements: 44.5cm x 36.5cm x 6cm.
