ANTIQUE GLAZED POTTERY CHARACTER JUG
Well-modelled by hand in the form of an extremely characterful face with sly eyes and a hook nose.

Very much in the style of the Martin Brothers’ pottery.

A decorative piece but also a usable jug, liquid pours through his tongue out of his mouth.

Signed ‘Micho’.

It is in good vintage condition with some wear to the glaze here and there but nothing serious. the top edge is intended to be rough.

Measuring 21cm high x 13cm wide x 15cm deep.

  • H: 21cm (8.27in)
  • W: 13cm (5.12in)
  • D: 15cm (5.91in)
