A beautiful riveted iron solicitors deed rack.
A wonderfully sculptural blacksmith-made wrought iron deed rack, once used to house tin deed boxes within a solicitors & now fitted with thick glass shelves. The clear glass shelves allow the fantastic shape to remain uncompromised & the metalwork comes in the original painted finish with a superb age related patina A versatile & very decorative piece of furniture.
Late 19th Century.
Wear commensurate with age, rack in untouched original condition & excellent overall, glass perfect. The glass shelves are custom made in 6mm toughened safety glass.
