(On my website) If you would like this chair upholstered please click yes in the upholstery drop down menu. This would require 6 metres of material. You can supply your own or please browse our collections under the material section.

All my armchairs have been fully restored, springs, legs, padding etc so these will stand the test of time even if used everyday.

This is a gorgeous 19th century English country house armchair. It is a very large size making it ideal for everyday use. Great for enjoying a good book and a glass of wine in. The legs are mahogany with original casters on the front. The seat is quite firm but we can add a seat cushion or a layer of padding during upholstery. Which ever you prefer. Very comfy as is but just wanted to let you know the options. Unusual shape which will make it a feature of any room.

My name is Matt Dixon and for as long as I can remember I have had a love for history and design which I find relate very closely.

Since starting up TallBoy Interiors 3 years ago, I have learnt so much about what works together and I find that you can mix modern and classic pieces to create a truly unique design.

I am not afraid to express myself through the items I buy as I believe your home should represent as much about you as the way you dress.  Everyone has their own style and that is what makes this business so interesting.

As trends change, the pieces that appear on the open market change, and that keeps me thinking of how it can work in a design.

I want to provide a service that is totally personal to the client and help them use their imagination to create something unique.
