This is a fabulous quality 19th century blown glass Chemist/ Apothecary jar. The overall condition is very good with only one very small chip to the inside rim, Barely noticeable. Great quality overall with the cur glass finial. These were used to hold a whole host of different medical things but considering this one is so clean I suspect it was used for boxed or packaged items. It is now great for use as a storage container in a bathroom or in a kitchen.
