This is a very stylish mid 20th century Gilt metal Faux bamboo mirror. Most likely Spanish in origin. The condition overall is very good with a lovely finish to the metal frame. The mirror plate is thick, heavy and original with the attractive bevelled details. The only fault with it is there are a few minor age related marks that I cant seem to get off. It doesn't bother me as I prefer to have the original glass but it could be replaced. The size is great as well, meaning it could free stand against as wall but it does have two hanging loops on the back which could also be used. The back is cardboard which is obviously later but does the job of protecting the glass. Its a very elegant design with lovely details around the corners and the whole frame being Faux bamboo makes it very decorative.

My name is Matt Dixon and for as long as I can remember I have had a love for history and design which I find relate very closely.

Since starting up TallBoy Interiors 3 years ago, I have learnt so much about what works together and I find that you can mix modern and classic pieces to create a truly unique design.

I am not afraid to express myself through the items I buy as I believe your home should represent as much about you as the way you dress.  Everyone has their own style and that is what makes this business so interesting.

As trends change, the pieces that appear on the open market change, and that keeps me thinking of how it can work in a design.

I want to provide a service that is totally personal to the client and help them use their imagination to create something unique.
