Item Description
I’ve seen single ones and pairs over the years, but I’ve never been able to buy such a long set! The reason they are called Turner’s chairs I think is self-explanatory... with all the turned arms, the turned legs and turned backs. Let me tell you, if they were a novice woodturner when they started, by the time they had got to the to the ninth, they would have been an expert! They are well made and well thought out with geometric carving to the backs. They are a beautiful colour and have a patination ‘to die for‘. With a small triangular pad on the seats they are very comfortable. They have had some historic woodworm and I do believe it’s been dead for a long time. However, we will check it over again and make sure to the best of our ability it’s all dead. TO BE SOLD AS A SET.
