Anatomical Torso c.1950

THE HOUSE OF ANTIQUES
Vintage plaster anatomical surgical torso example c.1950
This is a very early and rare wall mountable 1950s plaster Anatomy Model of the human digestive tract and internal organs. Mounted on a black crude wooden backing, Handmade/painted (with numbers of digestive flow process) and highly collectable and decorative piece of surgical, medical educational history. This item comes mounted on a black wooden backing support as shown in the photos provide and this backing also shows some age. There are light signs of chips and cracks to the plaster and the paint is also faded across the item, however for an item of this age and use you would expect this, over its structurally secure, not lose or flimsy and is still in overall good condition.
