19th Century Burmese carved hardwood centre table
We are proud to offer an exceptional 19th Century Burmese carved hardwood centre table, the top having a wonderfully carved frieze depicting temples, birds, animals, trees and various foliage, as if telling an ancient story, below the top is a profusely carved apron, supported on a carved column terminating on three legs carved as mythical creatures. The carving on the whole table is very well executed and is of a very high-quality dating back to Circa 1870. This example has an unusual what resembles a servants calling bell underneath made from brass.
Size in inches: H 30” x W 26” x D 26”

Completely solid in structure and form, with a natural patination across the surface. This item has some aged repairs but are unnoticeable. With light aged scratches to the top as you would imagine. Its exceedingly difficult to photograph all the areas in this piece, therefore we strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment.
