19th Century Folk-art Walking Cane Man

We share what we love, and we love this 19th century hand carved gentleman’s walking cane. Made from a single piece of wood, the handle shows a male gentleman wearing a bowler hat and long twisted moustache. The reverse is engraved Cop L L gd, this still is coved in square notch decorative work, a lovely tactile folk-art object.

Completely solid in structure and form, Natural aging across all surfaces, with a deep patina.
