Item Details
This is an unusual and rare teaching aid which dates to the 1970s. Here we have a large pine plywood box which has a foam fitted interior encasing a Japanese tea set, food bowl and chop sticks, sake set and a folder containing 12 sheets about the traditional Japanese tea ceremony and Japanese foods. I'm not really sure what you would do with it but it's a rare thing which might serve a purpose for someone.
CONDITION
The tea strainer has been broken and repaired and there is a chip to one of the tea bowls. The canisters containing tea have leaked and rusted a little marking the foam encasing them.
The box itself has marks to the lid and the metal catches are a little rusty.
