Item Details
A superb large three draw chest standing on bun feet circa 1870. Oak and mahogany carcass with a blue painted distressed finish paint. Lots of faded paint and a chippy / shabby chic look to this superb chest. 19th Century brass handles with a superb patina to them. We have refreshed this chest with miss mustard seed milk paint Artissimo. This paint gives a superb authentic painted look with lots of uneven paint pigments and a chippy look to the edges. It just gets better and better the more it ages. It has a wax finish so will resist dust and will help protect the wood finish.
