A superb backlit mirror made by Palme & Walter, a company that goes back to 1724 in Parchen Bohemia (Austria-Hungry).


Christophe Palme & Co were lighting designers and Josef Palme created crystal chandeliers by hand for Austrian royalty.


By the 1960s the company - by then shortened to Palwa - became known for their Hollywood regency style lighting using Swarovski crystals.


Made from chromed metal and crystals, this is in excellent condition.


As well as a mirror, this could also be used as a wall light or flush mount ceiling light.


It takes four bulbs which ensure it is backlit evenly and would be hardwired into a wall. (If you require it to have a plug this can be altered at trade cost).
