I love Victorian iron back chairs as they were of the highest quality, however I have never seen arms


like this, so decided to expose them.


The proportions of this chair are much greater than you usually find - it is a large armchair that has been constructed beautifully.


the metalwork has been waxed, leaving the patina, and the seat has been professionally reupholstered with button work and using a teal Romo velvet that works very well with the metalwork.


It would look wonderful in a bedroom (with the back draped in clothes!) , but is on the original castors so can be easily moved from room to room.
