Model 411 designed by VB Wilkins & E Gomme for G Plan, c. Late 50s.

Named the Siesta Chair, it’s hard to overstate how comfortable this is, as it was designed as a lounge chair to give both lumbar and neck support whilst you’re reclining.

The foam has been completely replaced and been reupholstered in the highest quality velvet.

The frame is solid and was lacquered in black - this has been waxed and polished but not renovated so bears wear commensurate with age.

The back has been reupholstered using black cotton twill to match the frame.
