Elegant late 19th Century French walnut bench in the style of Louis XVI.

With Neo-Classical decoration, the apron has beading and scrolled ribboned carving. The four reeded tapered legs are embellished with carved gilt rosettes to the top and neo classic embellishments to the downrights. The beaded cross stretcher has a central floral finial.

This beautiful banquette has been reupholstered in antique French linen and finished with double piping.
