An elegant French brass and leather triptych dressing mirror dating from the turn of the 20th Century.
The central mirror flanked by two folding side mirrors within a finely detailed brass frame with turned uprights, decorative finials and hanging ring. The reverse finished in richly patinated brown leather. Retaining its original mirror plates with attractive age-related foxing throughout, lending the piece considerable character and charm.
Both practical and decorative, this beautifully proportioned mirror is equally suited to a dressing table, bathroom or bedroom interior. Circa 1900.
