Antique late 19th-century round Lead Garden Sundial. The diameter is six & half inches and it weighs around one kilogram. There are marks, knocks, weathering & wear etc all consistent with its age and outside garden use. Roman numerals around the edge, faintly across the bottom reads Tempus Fugit (time flies).
