Original circa 1925 Art Deco Garden Path Gate. Hand forged wrought iron. Of rectangular form with squared panels & scroll work detailing. Totally original & untouched condition. Numerous layers of old paint. Condition, flaky layered paint, some top surface rust in places, lichen & moss in places, general age & use wear. Structurally good solid condition, side latch working fine. A very well made high quality gate originally. Actual gate dimensions, not including the side latch or the hinge mountings. Height 104 cm. Width 81 cm. The hinge mountings protrude 4 cm from the given gate width, the latch arm protrudes 3 cm from the given gate width. Weight: 20 kg. Looks great as is & is perfectly usable in its current condition, but you may choose to restore & repaint? Additional images are available on request.
