An outstanding example of an untouched original Utilitarian Brutalist era English Boot Scraper. Mid 20th-century in date. Cast pattern formed concrete with an inset iron bar cross member. Several layers of old flaking paint. Worn & weather-beaten condition, but as strong & robust now as the day it was made. When this was cast it would have literally cost a few pence to make, epitomising Britain's Architectural Brutalist era. Weight: 15 kg. Dimensions 12" x 7" x 8" (centimetre measurements are also given opposite). Sale includes UK inland tracked delivery. Returns are happily accepted, buyer to cover all postage costs.
