Item Details

An early 20th century South African Wooden Knobkerrie. Approximately 71 cm overall, club ball 8 cm diameter, over half a kilo in weight. The Knobkerrie with its numerous different spellings, is a club used in Southern & Eastern Africa. Traditionally used for throwing at animals while out hunting & for clubbing an enemy's head! Ouch! Carved from one piece of hardwood. Great display item & very tactile. Free UK inland tracked delivery.
