Item Details

An unusual English folk art hand painted wooden chess set. Missing one red pawn. Hand cut from thin mahogany (7mm thick). Hanging screw on the back of each one so the game must have originally been played as a wall mounted version. Maybe a garden game in a small yard? The set is really quite sweet, great for display purposes. Or cut & paint another red pawn & use as intended. For a size guide please see the last two images. Price includes UK delivery.
