Item Details

An English Georgian period Norwich General Assurance lead fire mark. Approximately 9.25 inches x 7 inches with a weight of 780g. Faint policy number across the bottom, possibly 965? By repute this was removed from a damaged building in London shortly after the end of world war two. It has not been cleaned but would polish up quite easily. This lead fire mark could become an interesting feature on the outside wall of your Georgian home, or an interesting interior piece. Price includes delivery within the United Kingdom.
