An exceptionally scarce small size No. 9A cast iron tazza urn / vase. By Andrew Handyside & Company, iron founder, Derby, England. Circa 1870

Diameter: 1 foot 3.5 inches

Totally untouched for well over 150 years. Now with the most visually appealing English garden time worn patina & prominent weathered craquelure finish to the original white paintwork.


The final image, lower centre depicting, shows the tazza vase in the Handyside catalogue of the late 1870s. Illustrated paired with a catalogue addition No. 8 pedestal.


Vase structurally solid & true. Superb completely untouched original condition. Ideal for use & display either inside the home or outside in the garden.
