A very pretty antique watercolour painting, possibly Hove area? Or could even be Abingdon-On-Thames area? 19 inches x 15 inches overall. Depicting a brick & timber farmhouse with side cottages. Signed W.R.T.Skinner. Some minor discolouration to the card mount right side lower. Most likely reframed at least once in the past. Glazed. Sale includes delivery within the United Kingdom.
