Exceptionally rare surviving very large circa 1950 "Soup-Opera" advertising campaign hoarding for Batchelors Foods, the lady is possibly the actress Evelyn Laye? It is known Evelyn worked with Batchelors in the 1950s. Hand painted oil on canvas. Competently painted, but unknown artist, most likely an in house artist team at the time. One side. Approximately 91 inches x 70 inches or 2.3 metres x 1.8 metres. Old original condition with marks & wear. Displays well.
