We absolutely love this matching pair of antique beetle boot jacks. Circa 1930 in date. They are made of cast iron & have a vitreous lustre enamel finish which was popular around the 1930s period. The finish creates beautiful bright iridescent colours in the sunlight, rather apt for a beetle. Clearly they have never been cleaned since day one, which we love. Ideally they just need leaving totally untouched. Very unusual to see a matching pair & of some age. They will be English made although not stamped as such. Both are in good overall original untouched condition. Each beetle is 10" x 5" x 2" and the pair weigh 1.5 kg. Sale is for the pair & includes UK inland tracked delivery.
