Form & function come together beautifully with these lovely early Victorian period reversible iron Nutcrackers. Crack nuts large & small simply by turning the handles right the way around. Highly decorated with a flowing floral pattern to the handles. There is also a small panel on them which appears to show a gamebird, possibly a Partridge. These English Nutcrackers will date to around 1850. Expertly made & still usable to this day. Length 6 inches. Sale includes delivery within the United Kingdom.
