I have just finished laundering this beautiful piece and I have to say, it is wonderful. It is a large beautiful vintage French white linen bedspread with elaborate hand worked decoration. 

Yes of course this will look fabulous on a bed but I really love these lightweight bedspreads used as voile curtains, the linen will filter the light beautifully, really showcasing the decoration. Or this will make quite a statement tablecloth for a wedding banquet or special celebration.

In excellent vintage condition with no signs of use. Freshly laundered and as far as I can see, no damage.

(As always with an antique or vintage piece, there may be a tiny little nick or imperfection that we haven't spotted but if that is the case it will be really small.)
