A set of eight fabulous large French linen damask napkins. Excellent quality pure linen with a wonderful pattern to the damask; a floral border and central cartouche with the body filled with jaunty dots!


LJ monograms to the centre of each napkin and simple hand turned hems, all hand stitched - a very stylish set. This set dates to the very early 1900s. And as always with these antique napkins, they're really large - which makes them great to use as cloakroom towels or tray cloths too.


In excellent antique condition with no wear or damage. Minimal small marks.
