Item Details

The most traditional French textile. A piece of vintage French linen-cotton mix herringbone weave striped mattress ticking dating to the early 1900s. Colour is a sandy/beige/khaki and soft creamy white stripe, finishing each side with a cheery red and blue selvedge.


This is a used piece but it's in generally good condition; the usual nicks from the tufting and just a few small areas of marks and a couple of tiny rips. Lots of good sturdy fabric for your projects. Full width from selvedge to selvedge.
