Item Details

A nineteenth century, brass pastry tool with a large wheel to one end and a crimper to the other. The wheel would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie and the crimper was for putting a design onto the outside of a pie. This is a good quality example and it dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 13.8cm. Width of crimper 2.3cm. Diameter of wheel 3.5cm.
