Item Details

An 18th century, creamware jelly mould with a flying fish to the base. This is very finely potted and it dates from c.1780. The design is very well modelled, with good detail and depth. Originally the mould had three small peg feet, in order for it to stand, but these are now all missing. Otherwise the mould is in good condition.
Dimensions: Length 13.3cm. Width 10.2cm. Depth 3cm.
