Item Details

A lovely quality, 19th century, brass pastry tool. This is English and it dates from c.1860. It is cast in brass, has a substantial brass wheel to one end, for trimming the rim of a pie, and a diamond shaped stamp to the other end for impressing a design into the pastry. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 11cm. Diameter of wheel 3.2cm. Length of stamp 3cm.
